A standard ticket may be cancelled up to 8 hours before departure. For a passenger with Gold Ticket, the limit is 1 minute before departure. PNR lookup
Up to two pieces of baggage, not exceeding 30 kg in total.Details: baggage rules.
Vaccinated cats, dogs and birds may travel in the cabin with their owner in a locked carrier no larger than 23x30x40 cm.
Gold Ticket is an optional TRY 150 refund assurance for each selected passenger. A Gold Ticket may be cancelled or converted to an open ticket until one minute before departure. The ticket fare is refunded, but the TRY 150 Gold Ticket service fee is non-refundable. The eight-hour rule continues to apply to passengers without Gold Ticket.
